Susan Fedor

Having moved many times as a military daughter, college student, and nursing professional, Susan understands both the joy and stress this kind of change imparts on a family. She brings great enthusiasm and support to each transaction to help her customers make smart real estate decisions. Chris Fedor

The transition from Special Missions Pilot to Realtor on a Special Mission was the culmination of a long-time dream for Chris. After 20 years of active duty service to our nation, serving his hometown community of NE Florida has been objective number one since 2018. With an extensive background in project management and team leadership, Florida Local Team customers benefit from Chris’ wealth of experience in government contracting and corporate management, eye for detail, and strong negotiating skills.

D. Allen Smith

Allen honed his skills as a negotiator, problem-solver, and client advocate during his 30 years in the retirement industry, which translates nicely into the sometimes crazy world of real estate. He focuses on his clients and their needs with a long-term perspective, answering real estate questions and skillfully resolving issues wherever and whenever they arise. 
More than a Realtor, Allen is a key adviser, helping clients, he views himself not just as a Realtor but as an adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize toward long-term wealth building with real estate. Allen has called the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area home for over 15 years, and lives in St. Augustine with his wife and a one-eyed rescue puppy, Miles.


Nick Mollison

Nick Mollison embodies the energy, intelligence, and perspective of the modern generation of young professionals. Hailing from a family line of real estate investors, he could not be more thrilled, or at home, with his role in the industry. Nick understands the value of personal connections and, after starting his real estate business with a different brokerage, discovered how the Florida Local Team could help stoke his passion and fuel his career and life goals; he is excited to be a member of the Keller Williams Atlantic Partners family. Nick loves the ocean, and in his off-time, surfs every opportunity he gets. Spending time with his “puppy” (100 Pound German Shepherd) and family are foundational to this professional Realtor’s well-balanced life; the perfect platform of peace and confidence from which he serves each of his loyal Florida Local Team customers.




Ashley Lynch

Director of Operations

With over 10 years of marketing experience and over 5 in the Real Estate world training agents to run their business at a high level with top of the line tools and systems, Ashley has a passion for helping people grow their business. Additionally her background in video, photography, web design, event planning and killer admin skills, offers a whole new dynamic to the Florida Local Team. When she is not keeping the Florida Local Team running smoothly you can find her traveling and spending time with her Husband Sean and sweet pup Henley! 


Beckie Hyatt

Transaction Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Beckie brings a high level of organizational efficiency to our transactions and has a knack for problem solving.  She started her career as a Real Estate Paralegal and eventually earned her Brokers License.  Beckie is well versed in all areas of real estate including short sales and REO’s.
