The transition from Special Missions Pilot to Realtor on a Special Mission was the culmination of a long-time dream for Chris. After 20 years of active duty service to our nation, serving his hometown community of NE Florida has been objective number one since 2018. With an extensive background in project management and team leadership, Florida Local Team customers benefit from Chris’ wealth of experience in government contracting and corporate management, eye for detail, and strong negotiating skills.

Allen honed his skills as a negotiator, problem-solver, and client advocate during his 30 years in the retirement industry, which translates nicely into the sometimes crazy world of real estate. He focuses on his clients and their needs with a long-term perspective, answering real estate questions and skillfully resolving issues wherever and whenever they arise.
More than a Realtor, Allen is a key adviser, helping clients, he views himself not just as a Realtor but as an adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize toward long-term wealth building with real estate. Allen has called the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area home for over 15 years, and lives in St. Augustine with his wife and a one-eyed rescue puppy, Miles.

As a seasoned Real Estate Professional and Transaction Coordinator, Ashlea specializes in managing contract timelines, ensuring compliance, coordinating inspections and closings, and maintaining accurate documentation from contract to close. Proficient in tools such as Command, Dotloop, DocuSign, and Skyslope. Ashlea supports agents and clients with efficiency and professionalism.

With nine years of experience in the real estate industry, Jessica brings a deep understanding of every stage of the buying and selling process. Starting her journey as the team’s Executive Assistant, she quickly became an essential part of daily operations before transitioning into her current role as Marketing Coordinator.
Jessica’s background in real estate has equipped her with a strong foundation of market knowledge, organization, and client care — all of which she now channels into creating thoughtful, community-driven marketing for the Florida Local Team.
